i was just wondering if maybe people could post links to good custom sites/blogs (even if in another language)? i know that links are posted all the time and scattered, but i thought it would be really nice to have a topic with a good collection of them.
NOTE: i'm 'rating' the sites as i go through (as there's so many) and adding a description so you can have some idea which ones you want to see, and which ones don't interest you.

(i will probably put them in rating order when i've made more 'reviews') I'm rating the sites on how easy they are to navigate, how good the customs are, how useful the information is (if there are how-tos or tips), and how many customs there are.

JAPANESE SITEShttp://rpoint.jounin.jp/pinky/arppframex.html : japanese site with lots of naruto and gundam customs. even has making of photos! You can see how almost every custom there was made, with photos of materials, LOTS of photos of the steps that they took to complete the custom as well. Wonderful!! (it's awe-inspiring, so don't get discouraged if you're a beginner!!) Main links on the left are in english/romaji so it's easy to navigate. Character's names are in japanese and the links to the how-tos are the japanese kanji at the very bottom of the right sidebar.
RATING:
http://sakurazukin.fc2web.com/ : a full site with a blog as well. Not too many pictures, from what I can see (though I don't know too much kanji so I may just be missing the link). more repaints than actual customs, and no customs of actual characters from what I saw. No how-tos or tips, either. Hard to navigate if you don't know kanji, as it's mostly written links, not photos/thumbnails.
RATING:
http://sai.nomaki.jp/ : Custom dress how-to as well as tips on assembling garage kits (also includes pictures of materials used). Mostly custom dresses, many look alike. Nice kimono with furisode. Good site for beginners to customizing (not too intimidating with some simple how-to pictures, though not entirely comprehensive).
RATING:
http://www4.ocn.ne.jp/~ydj/pinky/pinky.html : barely a site at all, just a page with a few customs on it. nice finishing on the customs, but nothing overly impressive. No how-tos, and you don't need to navigate because it's just one page (just click on the picture of the custom). There are 2 customs that look rather intense, so it's worth it just to check em' out.
RATING:
http://www.honeysnow.org/main001.html : Navigation is OK, on the left there will be a sidebar, you have to scroll down to where you see 'Pinky:St' and click on the links below that. This site actually has fabric dresses as well as physically customized pinkys!! HUUUGE gallery!! It seems many of the customs use parts from other figures as well as custom-made stuff. Video game characters, Anime characters, and original outfits. I gave the site less than 4 stars because there was no how-to, and many of the customs don't seem as highly polished and laborious as other sites.
RATING:
http://homepage3.nifty.com/mfigure/top1.htm : Pretty simple navigation (essentially). I just clicked on the picture of the pinky at the very top of the page and I was brought to a bunch of customs. All women, seemed like they would be from a dating sim game. Somehow I just don't like it when breasts are added to pinkys LOL! Mostly more simple modifications, good but not amazing. No how-tos from what I saw.
RATING:
http://www5f.biglobe.ne.jp/~ramunea/frame.html : simple enough to navigate, there's tabs at the top, just go to 'gallery.' the customs are the second 'flower' on the left sidebar. not too many customs, or ones that are overly impressive. I guess i'd call this site average ^_^;; No tutorials from what I see... I'm a bit annoyed that you can't click on the pictures of the customs to make them larger ¬_¬;;
RATING:
http://id30.fm-p.jp/5/camellia53/ : pretty decent customs at this site, well finished (anime and game characters). The pictures aren't the BEST, but they're not terrible. There is 1 making-of that i see, but it's not very extensive. Navigation is hit-or-miss, as it's all in japanese. If you go to the part of the main page with the heading of 'menu' and click on the 5th & 6th links, that's the gallery (5th link, which brings you to more links to choose from like 'anime' or 'game') and the making of. I'm giving it 3 stars because the customs are pretty nice even though there's no how-to and the navigation is annoying.
http://t98-pinnky-ayu.hp.infoseek.co.jp/ : cute site with a lot of chinese dress mods. worth a look, but nothing overly impressive. nice painting and decals!
http://www.tao-2.com/pictures/bilds/01/index.htmlhttp://www.ceres.dti.ne.jp/%7Ejyuji/taod_other/040801yomiko.htm#3 : both of these are shots of a nice R.O.D. custom, but i can't find the main site/person who did them. only 1 star because it's really just pictures of 1 pinky with nothing else...
JAPANESE BLOGShttp://popograffiti.blog23.fc2.com/ : japanese site (blog) with pinky customs as well as figures and statues
http://bbs6.aimix-z.com/gbbs.cgi?room=FLCF31 : interesting little blog with a lot of full-body pinky mods
