Thank you Mods for moving this topic!
Okay, I was inspired by
kitsze when I made these capes. Originally, they were supposed to be hooded capes but...well, they didn't quite work out that way, so they're capes instead.
I'm including a tutorial and I hope I'm clear on the steps.

If there are kids in the audience who want to try this out, PLEASE have an adult help you, especially on the sewing and cutting parts!

I know I hurt myself a couple of times with the needle~
Also, let me know if the images are too small. I wanted to be able to fit all the steps in one shot~ Let's get started!

Materials: Fabric of your choice, scissors, two sewing needles, a ruler, a piece of chalk or pastel and thread.
STEP 1Lightly trace out a half moon shape about 2 inches in diameter on the back of the fabric with chalk (it'll rub off)
STEP 2Cut out the half moon shape and trace out a little half moon. This'll be the neckline.

STEP 3On a separate piece of fabric, trace the neckline out.
STEP 4Trace out another half moon shape 3/4 inches in diameter. This is going to be the collar.

Cut the collar out.
STEP 5Flip over pattern and match collar to cape neckline.
STEP 6Now with one needle and your thread, sew the collar to the cape. Be sure to tie a knot on the end of the thread before putting through the fabric.

Then continue sewing to the other end of the collar.
STEP 7Gently pull thread to create a scrunched look.

Tie a knot in the thread to finish off collar. Cut excess thread.
STEP 8Flip over and fluff out collar.
STEP 9 9A) Making the drawstring.
1) You'll need a second needle that can thread Embroidery Thread (it's thicker than normal thread)
2) Cut about 8 inches of thread.

3) Thread only a little through the needle.

4) Poke through top of the cape and just underneath the collar.
9B) Attaching beads.
1) You'll need two (or more) beads that the embroidery thread can go through easily.

2) Tie 2 knots to secure bead.

3) Repeat on other side and cut excess thread.
STEP 10Pull out drawstring to fit around Pinky neck.
STEP 11Bring cape to a close and tie. *If drawstring to too long, cut and repeat section 9B*
STEP 12Fluff collar (or leave down if Pinky hair is too long) then add Pinky head.

And we're done~

Thank you for looking and I hope I was helpful in my tutorial.
Helpful tip: As suggested by
tooi_537, you should include a container of Fraycheck in your supplies if you happen to be working with a type of fabric that frays.
Thanks
tooi_537 for the helpful tip!
