1st

i dunno wich head and fron hair
4 back hair i thought of PK002 sue with some sculpy

2nd

i wanna make the 1st one
4 tank top i'd take ramika's
and feet?

1st: this looks like Lisa/Risa's head (08) repainted to have a tiny mouth without fangs with 05 front hair and almost 01 back hair.
2nd: you could try ramika's top, but maybe 10 or 12 would be better. the face and hair of tamae (03) and the legs look like  08, 7a, 9 or 9a legs with boots (built up to remove laces) with built on shorts.

You sure? I didn't think Suu had that little hook on her upper lid... or pupils...

Don't use Ramika's top- it's too rare!

Use a Cheerleader top instead. If you can get the AcchiKochi pinky set, there's a tutorial (in Japanese) on how to straighten the arm. I think they go over how to do the mid-step leg, too...

Those cowboy boots actually look like the 4/5 school loafers to me, with the "boot" part added on with clay or putty...

Really? Hmm..I still think it's Suu.  I think that's how she's drawn in drawings (on the back of her card and I think she's the one on the back of PK06). Suu does have eyelids and pupils too.    

But it very well could be 14 because of that hair.    Ah it's throwing me off!
