has this happened to anyone else? you get one pinky, then another, before you know it, you have so many you need a way to keep them organized and a space to show them off.   in noticing my own pinky owning behavior i wonder how others cope. so, how do you store and display your pinkys? here's a picture of my own...
i recently cleared out a nearly empty art box and am now using it... i may switch soon which is a main reason for this post (to get suggestions and see what works for other people)

I bought a clear plastic case which is normaly used for small parts like screws etc. in which I store the parts I actually don't need. For my favorite pinkies (around 10-12) I have a hole rack tray. They are standing there in front of the paper sceneries (the rooms I use in my photos) I made, which is somewhat like having a dollhouse.  

I hopefully will take some pics in the next days when the light's okay, so I can show you.

I bought storage boxes from ikea to store spare parts


I store pinkies in this box...but it's getting full >_<


I used to store pinkies on the shelf (in my sig), but my cat likes to go up and steal pinkies   so I took them down. I'm working on getting a glass case for displaying pinkies, but for now I just steal spots in my bf's display case and table

as for me... hehehe... im a bit cheapskate... i use watever box that i could get & separate them...(eg. chocolate box, biscuit box...etc) partly i still searching for the right container that i want...

This is it, so far:

I'm working on fixing up the house, because the floors and walls leave a lot to be desired. Once that's done, I'll put some furniture into it so it'll look better.

The big grey monstrosity came from Home Depot. It holds my spare parts, plus nearly all the furniture and other accessories like food and stuff.

Most of my pinkys are displayed in a glass cabinet.



The pinky parts (and Megahouse/Re-ment accessories) are stored in this storage box.

That's the best pic I have of my storage thing. It's got 4 drawers and 5 slots on each drawer. It looks like this. It was expensive, but it works really well.

And I still love your storage thing, Akane! It's so cute!

mine are stored horribly. They're in a box with their pinky blister pack used as 'trays'. Each plastic tray has something different in it, heads hair, front hair, etc.

I need a more proffessional way to store them.   You guys have inspired me though.

Haha, PrincessD, that's how I store mine too.  I have the tiny accessories, like bows and stuff, in an old altoids tin, and the larger accessories are all piled into the packaging and stuffed in a plastic shoebox with the backcards. X3
Then again, I own a whopping 14 pinkies so I don't have that much to store. o___o

mine are inside a plastic box (i added dividers though) but i'm worried that since the pieces are mostly one on top of the other, the paint will rub off did that happen to anyone?

QUESTION : guys... can i ask how did u keep all those remart & megahouse accessories ??? if u put them all togther... will the paint rub against each other & come off??? till now all my accessories still in the plastic bag cos i have learn my lesson from pinky...cos i use to "throw" all my pinky in a bag then the paint been rubbing against each other...so now some of my pinky have paint on thier hair, face, shoes...etc...

 PinkyBoi: I got that, plus the sitting yukata and the summer dress off yahoo japan auctions 6 months ago. I was glad I did because I never see it anymore. I never put it together though. I don't know what color to do it in and I'm scared to mess it up! XD

My paint has never rubbed off onto each other. I guess I should be careful of that. The only thing thats happened is some paint flecked off the hair of one. I think I scratched it, but I'm not sure.
