I did mould and cast Arc's legs.  I wasn't completely satisfied with the results.  I needed to continue working with them, but then I got very busy.  I can try again and once I get them perfected I can sell them to you.  Please keep in mind that the plastic that I use (the same as most people in the forum) is harder than regular Pinky plastic.  If you are still interested, I could give it another go.

My plastic is white.  Here is a picture of the unsuccessful legs.  As you can see there are air bubbles and they need to be sanded.  I think that part of the reason I was getting air bubble is because it is so hot where I live in the summer and the plastic was hardening too fast.  I think now that the weather is cooler, I should have better luck.  The ones on the right have clay in them because they were the very first batch.

the leg look nice....   im sure alot of us would place order for the leg... hehehe.... mayb u should start to make a list for ur order...   so u would know roughly how many leg u need to mould...

Thank you Dio!  Yes, it is not a problem to sand away the seams around the outside of the legs, but I didn't bother to do so on these because of the air bubbles.  If I tried to sand the air bubbles out, it would make the legs too skinny.


I use Smooth On OOMOO 30 silicone rubber for the mould.
