Ok so I really liked the Street Fighter Pinky:ST I just wished they would have made a Cammy, so Ive decided that I wanna make my own.. so I was wondering if anyone could suggest any particular type of paint to use or PKST parts to use...

I think ChunLi's hair has a good front 'flick' to it, like Cammy's. If you painted it blonde, maybe cut off some excess bangs on the left side of her head, to make it thinner, and then lengthen it with putty, it might look pretty similar. Then you could put the braids in in the place of the bao's, though you may want to make them lower on the head and putty-in the holes.

*think think* Well Cammy doesn't wear much, so any boot would do for legs. The torso is tricky, Cammy is pretty dynamic so a cool moving pose like the SF/KOF pinkies would be nice. You may just have to sand down a strappy top and then cut the arms and putty them into a dynamic pose. Cept I've never done this before, I only know what i've seen.

if you cut the limbs, make sure you make a proper joint, otherwise they won't stay glued for long...

I agree w/Princess D about Chun Li's hair. I think Aya's face would look pretty close to Cammy. As for her outfit, that might take some molding. I think the pose of Athena's top might look cute. You'd just have to modify it a bit. Chun Li's boots might even work if you repaint them.

Paint -

- Dunno where you live so not sure if they're available to you but certainly in the UK there is a shop called Games Workshop which sell fantasy war figures and paints for painting them. The paints are called Citadel paints and some ehre use them.

- Gundam markers are supposed to be good too. They're even in one of the official Pinky books. Don't know where you'd get them locally but they can be ordered online.

There are other types of markers too I think.

- Some use plain acrylic + an airbrush.

so does that mean the Citadel paints we can use on pinky???  

Some people do. I know that mei reccomends them.

The Citadel paints are just ordinary acrylic paints. They just give them cool names and sell them for higher prices then regular acrylic paints.  
I have some of them, but they are as good as the paints you could buy in art suppliers shops.

I think the best (and most economic) suggestion I've seen on these forums is just plain acrylics and a cheap airbrush.   It seems like a really good idea  

Yes, it works really well for pinky-parts. I bought a 10,--€ Airbrush from Revell and a compressed-air can and I'm very pleased how it comes out.
