LoggedBoth are used as a finishing coat. Mr. Super Clear is generally used for oil based paint surfaces while Mr. Top Coat is used for acrylic and water based paint surfaces. Mr. Super Clear is highly recommended for Ball Jointed Dolls and Pinky Street to bring out the extra vibrant color and shine.  |
