Epoxy hair and right arm.  First time using epoxy putty in such "large" scale so I can see lots of area to be improved LOL!.  Am looking for other possible alternatives for scuplting in my next project: Miles Edgeworth...

Here's my Lisa repaint:

I had the unfortunate experience that most of the figures parts were glued together on arrival.  So the only part of this figure I could move was to take her head off her body.  So with that being said I;
- painted her hair black (it was orange) and then added pink bangs
- painted her blushies the same shade of pink
- repainted her eyes pink and gave her eyelashes
- repainted her fangs because I felt that they didn't stand out that much
- painted pink sections on her coat, the part around the neck and the small square on the back
- painted the bottoms of her shoes black, before they were all white

I think she's much cuter now than she was before.  It was tough because she was all glued together, but I'm happy with the result.

Hi!  Since this is my very first post on these forums, I just wanted to start off by introducing myself.  I go by TsukiNoBara online and I joined this community only somewhat recently.  Some friends of mine first introduced me to Pinkys a few months ago by buying me a Pinky.  From the beginning I found it cute, however after the week went on, she slowly grew on me until I was hooked and had to get more.  Shortly after, I learned that Pinkys could be modified and really wanted to do that as well already having in mind of how I wanted it to look.  But unfortunately I don’t have the pieces I need right now so I decided to make a pratice mod using pieces I already had; which finally brings me to the point of this post.  I recently finished this practice mod and even though I’m not completely happy with it, overall I don’t think it turned out that badly.





Basically it’s a miniture version of me.  Obviously I changed the skin tone to be similar to my own and her outfit is based off of one my favorite personal oufits and teddy bear.
So far I have 3 other mods planned and I hopfully I’ll improve with them.

I loooove pinky:st. I learned about it about a year a ago. My collection keeps growning. What an addiction this is.
Anyway, all you girls, my utmost compliments for all the adorable customized pinky's here. You're all so good!!
Recently i discovered that Hana, one of my firts pinky's turned out to be a bootleg. I painted all the parts. I only have this pic, I made her hair black and red. hope u like!

Made my first custom pinky over the weekend: Kyo from Fruits Basket

I used some waterproof epoxy from the hardware store, which sets in 5 minute, so the hair is a bit bumpy.  I went to a hobby shop the next day and got some Apoxie Sculpt and made the ears.  So much easier to work with!

Head (PK0 10 Sumire) - cut off cheeks, re-colored eyes, drew new mouth, made hair, added ears

Top - (PK00 2B Suu) - repaint

Bottom (PK0 12A Sacchin) - repaint

Sprayed on a few coats of Krylon Matte Finish.  It's not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with it as a first project.

So, i finally finished my first pinky's!
I made all these parts myself. Offcousre with the help from everyone one this forum. I used the Oomoo stuff to make the molds, and some kind of liqiud plastic to fill them, and cast the parts. It was pretty hard to do, but i like the results.
I am only not so p;leased by the way the paint dries. Especially one the black outfit, its far from smooth enough.
I'm tempted to re-do it...

Hi, I just wanted to show off my latest Pinky mods: Lammy and Parappa.  Sorry about the sucky pictures...I really have no idea what I'm doing when I have a camera in my hands.  ^_^

Yeah, it's me again. I finally finished my Yoruichi (Bleach) custom.

My first post, hi everyone! heehee   

this is my first mod, from FF8: Quistis ...hehehe I used the epoxy which i didn't know was sooo hard to sand after it dried..lol...will attempt to redo a nicer one soon!

I had a spare Maki... because I had bought a dodgy one. She has a white shirt, but it was blemished on the front and the sleeve. I had a white paint marker and I tried to cover the blemishes that way, btu I could still see the blemish because of the texture different. So I decided to colour it...

I used normal drawing graphic markers  I love markers so much ...  so I coloured over Maki's white top with Shin Han Touch 120 Black, and Copic for the red bits. And then I gave the shirt to Miko!

Most of my first mods were minor repaints. Here's the better ones.

Repainted her eyes, hair and glasses; made the skirt.


Repainted eyes and hair. Painting over black with yellow is painstaking.

Repained hair and eyes and coat/shirts on both; front hair on the redhead (his name is Monday) hand sculpted with epoxy. My first try, so it's kind of... eh.


Slightly repainted eyes; repainted front hair and completely resculpted and painted back hair.

More to come eventually, when all my new parts get here. 

Well, to add a little impact to my mod, I wanted to make a comic strip out of it. But if I get negative results about it, I'll just edit it and revert it to just a "showing" version...  Anyway, here it goes.
