an webste based in england
OK, here we go (this could get complicated) i ordered from them last week, and one of my orders was a pre order pinky yukata sitting repaint, when you preorder from mech-a.com you get a free gift =D.
They send within 2-5 working days and say that the order should arrive within 2-5 days after sending.(unless you're in a country other than england then its 10 days or something similar).
There was a problem with my order however because they only got yukata standing repaints and not the sitting version(they didn't bother to tell me this though...i had to email them to see when my order was being sent....)
Due to this they gave me two options, i could get the standing repaint and get two free gifts or forget the yukata and replace that with NGE asuka v2 pinky and get rei v2 for free,
I went for the later =D, so i ended up with caine, another one that slips my mind =P, asuka and rei, asuka and rei 2 (and an eva unit but thats neither here nor there =D)
Overall if it weren't for the misshap it would have been perfect. (theres a shipping charge to America, i live in england so no charge for me ....yay....)
They were my first pinky's by the way, arrived on Monday this week, i was officially the most chuffed guy in the UK.

i hope that i wont be ridiculed by my friends for my love of P-S =D

LoggedI realize this thread has kinda died down lately, but my question is a potentially expensive one. I was looking over the www.jrtoys.net site, and they have an Emi, and I REALLY want it, but I'm a bit afraid that it's fake, seeing as I have no idea what one would sell for now days, and I tend to overestimate. Opinions, offers, anything?

Opinions, offers, anything? I'm not updated about Emi's price, but I've ordered Pinkys and a Momoko doll from jrtoys before (and some clothes through their ebay shop). So far all the Pinkys I received from them were genuine. My bf also got me Agito from them and he was legit too. So no worries about picking up bootlegs from them!

LoggedI have a review of wcubeco on eBay.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
I payed for my order the day I ordered it (order was both the Street Fighter & KoF sets for $35.99 incl. shipping), and never heard anything from them about my order. This was on September 22nd.
I did ask a question before I bought them, and I didn't receive an answer until after I bought them. Though in the "instructions to seller" portion, I told them to ignore my question. -.-; The answer to that initial question was the only thing I ever heard from them.
I've sent them e-mails almost ever week since I purchased them. I have not gotten my money back, and I have not received my Pinkies.
When I finally went to eBay for help, they said they couldn't help me because it had been too long since the date of purchase.
So, I'm out almost $36, and I'm VERY TICKED at them. Still no response. Nothing.
So, my advice is:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WCUBECO ON EBAY!!!!
Oh, also: I also saw that someone left a "neutral" feedback saying that they didn't receive their item either, nor any messages from the seller. So it's not just me!

Just went and checked their profile. According to ebay, they are no longer a registered user. And in the past 6 months have had 20 negative feedback and 6 neutral. o.o; Ouch! Talk about tarnishing their reputation, since they were so good before then, apparently. Looks like there have been several issues of them not sending out items or responding to emails. Icky. Thanks for the warning.

I've only bought from them once (Space Invader Sue), but they were really fast with shipping and all! It's too bad they decided to slack their work and leave ebay... They had some really great Pinkys!

LoggedHey, I just checked out Mandarake and the new pinkys (ex. PK018) are around $18!? Are you kidding me? I don't know about everyone else, but I try to find the best deals and best sites.. Is the shipping bad there? I don't recall how many grams each pinky is..
Anyway, I have yet again placed an order at hobby link japan and it takes forever to even have them process and send me a payment.. I got kinda tired for it, so I searched google asking what people thought, and I stumbled on someone's blog complaining about how hlj never sent them coupons (they have a coupon code option) and they have been a good customer for 2 years now, spending over $200 a year or something.. and I was like, YEAH! What about me! (even though I can't compare but still!) and they gave out a link to another store, which I just ordered from and got the package in.. 3 days!? From Japan? I think it was 3, but damn! I was impressed.. And they have a point system, so for every item you buy, you get points that translate to yen and you can use it towards your next purchase. And every pinky was on sale! I know I am pumping this, and I should stop, because I don't have the link on me so I will post it later.. I recommend it to all bargain hunters and fans of great service.
I've also purchased from animebooks.com and I got an amazing deal and great shipping... But that was a one time thing- I don't think their prices are worth it now.

[/color] I think that is the old price which they did not update, so that is last transacted price. Next item may be more expensive. I have bought a couple of times from them and their shipping (EMS) and payment are OK. Reliable.

LoggedAfter reading reviews I bought 2 pinkys from Mandarake. I received them extremely fast, especially for Sal shipping and they where packed perfectly to make sure that shipping wouldn't cause damage. The only thing is that I have received my pinkys but they still haven't charged my account. Oh they charge a 500 yen handling fee on top of their shipping. I bought my Pinkys towards the end of January and the beginning of February and my account still has not been charged and it's March. I did receive my Pinkys and they where packaged perfectly. I am worried about when the the charges will show up though. http://www.mandarake.co.jp/

They were surprisingly fast shipping out my Haruhi Pinky, but so far I've only done pre-orders with them and I got those weeks later than people who got them from other places (I'm talking about Pullips here, mostly) after I pay them it usually takes up to a week 'till they ship it out... They used to be faster. When I asked them about it, they just said it was due to the growing amount of orders they got etc. I was wondering about the coupons too! Last year I spent at least $100 per month there and I still didn't get a coupon or anything...

LoggedI wanted to leave a review for www.mimiwoo.com (or seller mimiwoo on ebay) Those of you who collect dolls might already know this shop/seller. She started selling Pinkys too, lately, so it's worth a visit! She's a reliable seller, located in HK. Shipping is fair and fast (registered airmail). However, I can't confirm if the Pinkys are legit, they look legit to me, though.

LoggedHas anyone purchased anything from echobasetoys.com? I was looking around and found it. Their prices aren't bad, but I'm wondering about shipping and such. Much thanks in advance!
Also (I realize that these have been reviewed before), my sister and I have bought quite a few Pinkys from Jbox and PlaJapan, and we quite liked them. Prices are average, and they have a fairly basic selection, but they register orders near right away, and ship really quickly. The longest I've had to wait was two weeks for a Cain from JBox, and she was shipping from Japan. So, yeah, just wanted to reiterate that those two sites are nice ones for basic Pinkys.
