LoggedHmm, not sure if I should be posting this here, but y'all seem nice enough people so I figured I'd give it a shot. Anyway, about mid-October I ordered a pinky from jlist.com. They seemed to have the pinky I'd been looking for and found nowhere else, so I snatched it up. I paid for it, selected "First-Class Airmail" and eagerly awaited my pinky's arrival -- it would be my first, just getting into this terrible obsession But! There arose a problem. It's the last week of November, and no pinky. It said airmail was supposed to take seven to ten days -- and it's been far longer than that. I've sent their customer service several emails asking what's up, but no one's gotten back to me, and there's no phone number listed. They've taken the money out of my account, but I have no merchandise to show for it. Anyone else have this problem? What should I do?

LoggedHmm... I'll give it a bit more time, then, send off a couple more emails. Maybe I'm wording them wrong? Anyway, thanks for the quick reply!

LoggedI've bought from jlist once before, and got my item fairly quick, I think it took no more than 10 days. Maybe the post is getting slow now that christmas is coming and people have started sending things? Keep emailing them though, they should have a tracking number for your parcel too.

LoggedJlist mail can take a loooooooong time sometimes, depending on the general state of mail between the countries. I've gotten things in two weeks and things in ten weeks before - I think the note about holiday traffic is dead on though, this is the time frame when in-country mail goes nuts and a lot of things become back burner. You should probably expect in-country mail to take up to two weeks for the next month and a half as well.
Perhaps your mail is a victim of a rogue spam filter? If you have a second email address, try emailing from that one. ^_^ But perhaps they aren't responding just because they don't have a way of tracking the parcel if it was sent without tracking options.

LoggedJust to come to a conlusion with my very first Pinky offer: PlaJapan.com is pretty good! *nods* Well, it took 16 days until I got my Pinkys - but now that they are there, I think this is something you can get over, especially including all the other pros O_o I included them in the list Sellers/shops approved by YOU!!!, so there are all the details

Loggedhttp://www.sitekreator.com/simtoys/cool_pinky_street.htmlHere's a site that sells individual pieces (pants, shirts, even heads--etc) The prices are pretty high, depending on which piece you want(heads are almost as expensive as a whole new Pky, for example :pangry: )... but, if you've lost your favourite pants, this might be better than buying a whole new set. I've not bought from this site, and although it's likely that they're quite trustworthy, the website design is rather amateurish. ^^;

LoggedSomeone of you heard about a canadian site that sells (also) Pinky online? I read the URL somewhere and actually don't remember where. I visited this site yesterday and a splash page said that they will be close until 7th January. I hoped to find there some rare Pinky....but my pc crashed and I said 'hello' to my 'favourites sites'
