I'm no expert [so I'm probably wrong] but I presumed she was a mold of her own. I think she's rather gorgeous though, cute with attitude and will probably try to get her myself 

Kuromi's parts are almost all repaints of other Pinky parts.

Head: Rui
Hair: Suu
Skirt, boots, t-shirt: Series 5 (Maki/Miko)
Crossed bone shirt: Series 2 (Moe/Kokoro)

Oh her head's a Rui! Thanks for that, I thought she was a new mold. Still like her, think I may have to check out other Ruis now.

My Kuromi just came 2 days ago.  She is really cute, but several of her parts don't coordinate with other parts well.  She kind of has to stay together.  The t shirt bit is easily usable, but the other pieces not so much.

i'm not sorry I bought her though, she is super cute!

My Melody is a Sacchin head. I've always liked that one

Actually the My Melody Sacchin head is the same as the Postpet head (same eye colour) and one of the regular Sacchins (I think the A-repaint)

And the Kuromi Rui head is the same as the Mono Comme Ca and one of the regular Ruis (eye colour-wise)

I wish Vance would at least bother to repaint the eyes, now I have three identical heads of two girls

yeah sometimes i hesitate to buy different dolls w d same heads... 

ditto.  She's adorable but her clothes don't really work outside of her own coordinates...  She stayed together on my shelf.
