Pinky-News sama has now finished his garage kit Ange from Plastic Tone. Wow Wow Wow

She really looks great, ha has done a very professional job Sparkle!

Ange is probably representattive of the Japanese girl culture that features artificial tan, lots of makeup, and a colorful attire. A common name for these are ganguro, but there are many variations, listed in this forum entry, wiki entry here.
