HOBYY SEARCH is taking preorders for the series 7 girls from today

I gotta say, while I do like this release, I don't like the color scheme. Some of the colors are too dull, and some of the outfits just don't look right. The outfits themselves are fine, but I think they could use a repaint, especially for their alternate outfits.

Is it just me, or does 19 look Latino or something? I think it's the hair. She also looks like she's going to the Laundromat.

This latest batch of girls isn't so bad. . . . 019 does look a little Moe-ish to me, but he eyes can be repainted.  I need that fringe in the front. I added some putty to get the same effect with Yoshiko's fringe and Hana's hair, but it just looks cobbled together and sad.

For all the things t hat may be wrong with 020, the bangs still separate from the jaggedy hair. That means you can use that barrette to your advantage!  To me she looks more like what Mandy from Billy and Mandy would look like as a pinky. Only with black hair.  Maybe if (heaven forbid) Many went Super Saiyan from the evil in shriveled rasin heart. And didnt have a good night's sleep the night before---we might get something like that.

And for 021, She's got a face like Sacchin. Maybe not a lot going on upstairs, but she's just cute so you gotta take her home.
I'm not big on the luggage. My pinkies don't travel.   

I just put a preorder on all three at hlj. XD I can't wait to see the repaints of these gals too. It'll be exciting. ^^

Has anyone figured out what their names are yet?

i think i'm gonna buy 19 and 20 in the end 

yay! another pk020 lover..xD we are a minority here..lol..

and i know what you mean about one month of pinky-less...you're not alone.  we can resist just a bit longer!

I actually like all their faces, but not #21 & #20's clothes. #19 seems good to me, but repaints should be interesting.

I picked up my series 7 today at our local Volks Showroom and since it seems like not many people have theirs yet I thought I would post some pics. 

Unfortunately I totally forgot to take pics before I went mix-n-match crazy, and now my camera is playing up.. so you only get post-play pics. Sorry.

I'm really happy with these Pinkys though, they're totally adorable!!


Here they are, all hanging out and being happy to be out of their boxes. ^^

The thing I'm happiest about is that the bubble skirts are totally separate from the buckle boots. I had gotten the impression that they were shorts and that they were attached as a set, and I was disappointed as I love the boots but didn't like the bubble 'shorts'. Well, they're skirts, and their removable, and I'm very happy!! I don't have very much of my Pinky stuff shipped here from Aus yet, but I matched the black buckle boots with the Gofa skirt for now, I think it works pretty well, and #19 opted to wear no skirt at all. (woo, risque! )



I love #20's hair on #21's head!! #21 has such a perky, spritely expression, that I think the spiky hair really makes him (hey, all my Pinkys are boys :P) even more pixie-like.
Also, the skull bear plushie thingie is waaaay awesome. But more on that in a bit.



#19 is by far my favourite head of the three now that I have them all in person. He's just absolutely adorable!! I love the expression. I gave him #21's curls at the front as I thought they looked cuter. (And one of my Ruis stole his default front hair. :P )



#20 is borrowing hair from one of my Rui's for the moment, as I quite liked it on this head. I ultimately don't think I can keep #20 for myself though, as all of my Pinkys are boys and the purple eyeshadow just doesn't work for me in that respect. XD However I will still end up buying ten billion #20s just for the spiky hair they come with, damnit.
Also, the wheelie suitcase is awesome, the handle slids up and down just like on a real wheelie suitcase! I hope they have some more in future in different colours. Pink is not quite my style. ^^;



I just wanted to show how absolutely adorable #19 looks in #20's hair as well. See, #20's hair is a winner for EVERYONE! Also, this is how the bubble skirt looks on other legs. I think it's actually really cute for a more girly look with more feminine shoes like this; I didn't personally like it as much with the buckle boots as I do here.


Oh, and I mentioned I would get back to the skull plushie thing. Well, when I was playing with them all, I discovered that its head is removable. AWESOME! Maybe you can guess what I then immediately had to try?



Ahhhh, some things are just so worth doing because they're so wrong.

I hope everyone gets their series 7 Pinkys soon!! I think you'll enjoy them muchly - I know I sure am! 

whoah, now I want PK:020!  And I want PK:021 as well!!

They look so good in those pics! I can't wait for mine to come! 

HLJ hasn't even requested my payment for them yet. x.x; I just requested shipping, so hopefully they will now.

Cassiel, amazing pictures! I like how you played with the skull head and changed it with PK20's head. 

I can't wait to get mine now~ looks so much fun mixing and matching these new ones. so excited now!

Also, unfortunately, I have no idea what their names are. XD It's not written anywhere on the packaging. But, I have packages here for some of the earlier Pinkys too (Rui, Hana) and their names aren't written on the packaging either. I dunno how we normally find out their names. XD I checked Bomber Q's site but he said he doesn't know what they are yet either. Boo.

Here's #20 being more feminine. I thought it would be cute to try her with the more girlish hair and an outfit to go with her eyeshadow. I think she looks reaaaally cute like this. Too bad for me I don't keep girls. ;)
