Some are not applicable to pinkies such as etched parts or chrome plated parts as these are metals. I have yet to encounter a pinky with metal parts (no - surgery performed to fix accidents does not count).

Modelling with children - Get your parents/guardians to read this if they are worried when you ask them to buy a xacto knife.
The basics of Brush Painting Yep... you may not need to use airbrush.
The basics of Dry Brushing This technique is mostly for weathering, eg: gun or any kind of weapon, and used a lot by WarHammer (and WarHammer 40000) model kit makers. May not apply to pinky, but may apply to diorama, your pinky background in case you want to make one.
How to use old standby modeling paints I am not sure how safe enamel paint is on pinky, but if you want to give it a try I say try it on the hair first (easiest to paint).
ABCs on Airbrushing In case you really really keen on it (and want to spend money on the equipment which is not really cheap)
Using automotive paint on your models Read and DONT follow. I seriously do not recommend this for pinky due to risk of melting. However you may want to build a car kit for your pinky (1:18 scale is good, convertible car is good as pinky head is kind of too big to fit into the 1:18 scale car kit usually.)
How-to Construction This is kind of the index, most articles are for subscriber only, but hey - you might want to subscribe? Or look at the archive? Learn a few new words and terms and start googling is also good if you do not want to subscribe.

Motor tool basics - I dont think you ever need to use this with pinkies unless you are into heavy modding them into a zombie or a borg (I personally prefer not).

I hade the mistake of using enamel. Big mistake. It bled throught the plastic.  So not suggestible for me. I haven't tried it without top coat though.
