i just realised that i dont know how to post pictures!!! can sombody help???

What you need to do first is upload your pictures to a host. I use http://www.photobucket.com but there are others out there (such as http://www.flickr.com). Make an account and upload the pics you want. This step should be pretty straightforward.

Next, take the URL for the picture and insert it into the BBCode tags. For example:
(img)http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa141/kumokoya/pkst/mace_gun.jpg(/img)
...except with square brackets instead of round ones. There's also a shortcut in the bar above the emoticons when you post (the photo icon underneath the italics icon).
