LoggedPop Princess is the European release of Music Hour. It's the same game, except the names are changed and the references to Pinky:St are taken out. So some of the dialouge is most likely different. Music Hour is entirely in Japanese, but the game is the same.
Music Night is the sequel to Music Hour, and is much different than Pop Princess. They might translate it too, but who knows?

The version with the Music Night Evil is still pretty cheap I think, so I'd grab that if I were you =3
It's harder than Music Hour, and has a Hard difficulty! I found it more fun than the first one.
